  Vinyl Applications
  1. The vinyl dip is designated as Flexabar Marine or Athletic Vinyl depending on the application. It is available in a wide range of colors including clear.

  2. Dip the foam parts into the adjusted vinyl solution so that all surfaces are wetted. Hang the parts and allow to drain until dry to the touch (approximately 1/2 hour). The parts then can be re-dipped as often as needed in order to build up the desired film thickness. Each dip treatment will deposit approximately three (3) mils of dried film. The parts should be reversed after each dip so that, upon draining, there is an even distribution of film thickness.

  3. Flexabar Vinyl can also be applied by brush, roller or spray.
